5. Integrated International Transaction Management
One of GUIRCO’s strengths is the ability to coordinate different stages of a transaction through its commercial structure in Turkey, its presence in Guinea and its international partner network.
Depending on the transaction and agreed terms, services may include structuring contractual relationships, formally purchasing goods, coordinating payments in compliance with applicable regulations, preparing documentation, export formalities, transport and delivery tracking at destination.
